lately, ive been noticing my hair has been shedding alot. at first i thought maybe this is just because i havent detangled, but then i thought…i detangle everytime i deep condition so that cant be it. then i said maybe…not enough conditioner? didnt work. what if i shampoo this month?? NOPE! finally i went looking for answers.

PROTEIN TREAMENT! you hair looses protein after a while and you must replenish it or it will cause tangles and breakage.. i keep forgetting to give my hair protein at least 1-2 times a month. i havent done this in about 3 months actually…and i know its time. idk how i let this slip my mind. i would post pictures of how much shedding ive had but lets just say i had to sweep my bathroom floors tonight. haha ♥ thanks youtube
